I came back from Optimum Health Institute of San Diego two days ago.. OHI is my sacred place in California. It is there where my heart goes to rejoice every time. I have been back to this place many times in my life, it is in fact, the place that I have returned home the most. Besides the physical cleanse and rejuvenation that I feel with every visit by fueling my body with green juice, living foods, and wheat grass, I feel like this time a different kind of transformation took place. Happy World Vegan Day to everyone! We all know that eating more plants is good for us, the animals and the environment, so WHY NOT? I am Vegan, (sometimes vegetarian when travelling) and although I know it doesn’t make me “very popular”, it’s one of the BEST DECISIONS I have ever made in my life.
