Ingredients
2 tsp Avafina Organics Banana Flour
2 Frozen Organic Bananas
1/4 cup Organic Coconut Milk
1 tsp Avafina Organics Cinnamon
2 tsp Organic Cocoa Powder
1 cup Organic Dates, soaked
1/2 Organic Vanilla Bean, minced
Instructions:
To prepare sauce, crush the dates and add cinnamon, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Add water to change consistency, then set aside. For the ice cream, pre-mix the banana flour with coconut milk. Mash frozen bananas, and pour the liquid in slowly, until you get a creamy texture. Serve in a bowl with the sauce and enjoy! Add sliced almonds for an extra crunch.
