Ingredients
2/3 cup Avafina Organics Tapioca Flour
1/4 cup Water
Avafina Organics Coconut Oil
Optional Fillings:
Savoury: Salt, Pepper, Seaweed
Sweet: Peanut Butter, Sliced Fruit
Instructions:
Put the tapioca flour in a bowl. Slowly incorporate the water and mix. Consistency should be like chalk, and easy to break. Add more flour if it’s too wet. Break the flour mixture into chunks, and sieve to get a fine texture. In a pan over medium heat, add coconut oil. Measure out 1/3 cup flour and pour into pan. Flatten slightly to get an even consistency. After 2 minutes, gently flip to the other side and continue cooking for another minute. Add filling to create a savoury or sweet tapioca treat!
