Ingredients
3/4 cup Avafina Organics Whole Almond Flour
3/4 cup Oats
4-5 tbs Avafina Organics Coconut Oil
2 tbs Organic Coconut Sugar
2 cups Avafina Organics Queen Cheese
2-3 cups Maple Syrup
1 cup Coconut Cream
1-2 tbs Lemon Juice
2 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbs Avafina Organics Tapioca Flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. To make crust, mix almond flour, oats and sugar. Incorporate oil until a dough is formed. Transfer to a baking dish and press until packed. Bake for 20 minutes and then let cool. Reduce the oven to 325F. To prepare filling, blend all of the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over baked crust and remove any air bubbles by tapping on a hard surface. Bake for an hour, or until the consistency is no longer liquidy. Let cool uncovered for about 15 minutes, and then cover before putting into the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve cold and add toppings of choice.
