Ingredients
1 Cauliflower Head
1 cup Avafina Organics Chickpea Flour
2 cups Avafina Organics Sliced Almonds
2 tbs Avafina Organics Psyllium Husk
1/4 tsp Avafina Organics Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Avafina Organics Cumin
Hot Sauce (add to batter + nuts)
Water, as needed
Instructions:
Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets. In a medium bowl, combine chickpea flour, psyllium husk, hot sauce (amount based on preference) and spices. Slowly incorporate water until a batter consistency is achieved. Crush sliced almond and add hot sauce to coat. Dip cauliflower into flour batter, and cover with almond mixture. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
