Vegan Gluten Free Tortilla

VEGAN GLUTEN FREE TORTILLA

Ingredients


1/2 cup Avafina Organics Chickpea Flour

1/2 cup Avafina Organics Tapioca Flour

1 cup Organic Hemp Milk

Pinch of Avafina Organics Himalayan Salt

1 tbs Avafina Organics Coconut Oil


Optional Filling:

Avafina Organics Queen Cheese, Qummus, or Chiaviar



Instructions:


Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. Slowly incorporate the milk, adding a tablespoon at a time. Mix until the consistency is thin, like a crepe mixture.

Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium high. Using a 1/4 cup, pour in the batter. Make sure the tortilla is even and thin. Cook for about a minute, then flip to the other side to cook for another minute. Let cool completely, then enjoy.
